Your Details

The University will use the information which you supply during the Display Screen  Assessment process for the purposes of  conducting an assessment of your workstation.  It will keep your information confidential and it will only be shared with your Display Screen Assessor and School / Faculty Safety Advisor / Line Manager / DASS / Occupational Health if issues of concern are raised.  Your Display Screen Assessment will be retained by the University  for a period of  7 years after the year the Display Screen Assessment  is conducted. Your line manager may be contacted in the event that there help is required in resolving a DSE related issue - for example you require a new desk or chair.
